CubaCabs helps you to book services in advance for your holidays acting as an intermediary. It means we aren’t the owners of the goods we provide to you. Our function is to deal on behalf of you with the real owners. Read this post carefully to understand what are we responsible for, and also what must be accomplished by the real service providers.

CubaCabs’ liability

Our team is responsible for being quick responsive to our customers, keeping a clear communication and driving all your requests to the right person. We also have to keep you up to date regarding any change related to confirmed reservations or variations of prices.

Owners’ liability

The service providers are responsible for giving us clear information about the services they offer, like availability and accurate description of the activity. You should note that CubaCabs doesn’t warrant that the information provided by the owners and therefore published on this website will be error free. They are also intended to grant a pleasant time to customers. Any violation of these terms and owner’s responsibilities should be reported immediately to CubaCabs Team through our email address admin@cubacabs.club.

No liability

THIS AGREEMENT is between you, the user of this website, and CubaCabs:
Your use of this website is subject to your irrevocable acceptance without modification of these terms of use and you agree to use this website in accordance with and subject to these Terms. The Terms as set out here-under constitute the entire agreement between you and CubaCabs. If you do not read or accept these Terms, do not use this website. By accessing any part of it, you consent to be bound by these Terms.

Terms for taxis services.

  1. A deposit is required via PayPal is required to book the services.
  2. The deposit is not refundable.
  3. Agency fees and taxes are included in the prices shown in our website, there’re no extra charges.
  4. Clients will get a full refund in case our cars experience technical issues which stop them from completing the service. Our service is very reliable, so you probably never be on this situation.
  5. Our team work very hard to ensure drivers arrive on time and fit clients plans, however, delays might happen due to external causes. Our agency won’t provide any refund in case of delays.
  6. Clients are completely responsible for providing clear information for the pickup. If the service fails because we didn’t receive the right address, there’s no possibility to get a refund.
  7. A phone number to contact you in Cuba is not mandatory, but keep in mind that it would be very useful for us to have your landlord’s phone number or any other way to reach out to you once there.

 

Terms for guided tours.

  1. A deposit is required via PayPal is required to book the services.
  2. The deposit is not refundable.
  3. Agency fees and taxes are included in the prices shown in our website, there’re no extra charges.
  4. Clients will get a full refund in case the activity is cancelled by the host. Our team is very good dealing with appointments, so hosts cancellations are not common.
  5. Experiences affected by the weather will be rescheduled or cancelled as a very last resort. Guests will get a full refund in those cases.
  6. Hosts will wait 15 minutes after the accorded time before they start the activity. After this, guests won’t have possibility to reschedule or claim a refund.
